หอพักอันตรายในเมืองเชียงใหม่!!!
หอพักสามัคคีคอร์ท เลขที่ 4 ซอย 1 ถนนพัฒนาช้างเผือก ตำบลช้างเผือก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
ท่านใดที่กำลังหาหอพัก หรือพักอยู่ในหอพักดังกล่าว โปรดระวัง!
ทรัพย์สินของคนที่พักในหอพักหายบ่อยมาก ทั้งโน้ตบุ๊ค โทรศัพท์ กล้องถ่ายรูป กระเป๋าเงิน มอเตอร์ไซด์ ฯลฯ
แต่เจ้าของหอพักไม่ยอมรับผิดชอบใดๆ เลย (เห็นแก่ตัวมากๆ) ดีแต่เก็บค่าเช่าอย่างเดียว
ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสันนิษฐานว่าคนร้ายที่ขโมยของมีกุญแจผีเกือบทุกห้อง (สงสัยว่าจะรู้เห็นเป็นใจกับเจ้าของ)
ยามก็มีแต่เวลากลางคืน แต่เห็นหลับตลอด ไม่รู้ว่าจ้างมาหลับเฝ้าหรือไง
ระบบล๊อกประตู คีย์การ์ด หรือกล้องวงจรปิดก็ไม่มี บุคคลภายนอกเข้าออกได้ตลอด ไม่มีความปลอดภัยเลย
ห้องพักเก่า ของใช้ภายในห้องก็ชำรุด อากาศไม่ถ่ายเท สภาพเหมือนคุกเลยก็ว่าได้
